USIM Health Specialist Clinic was established in 2014. The philosophy of the establishment is based on an endowment (waqf) model: the provision of health services for the welfare of ummah and humankind. Among the services offered in the Health Specialist Clinic are medicinal, dental, primary care and haemodialysis.

The setting up of the Clinic is the result of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between USIM and Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Sembilan (MAINS) on January 21st, 2014. USIM is entrusted to manage and develop the endowment fund and distribute the benefits to target groups as entrusted by the wakif (persons to endow). Thus, the Clinic is established out of the endowment fund, offering medical services to the local community. The medical professionals are from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Science (FPSK) and the Faculty of Dentistry (FPG), USIM.
